I've just read a rumour that Nintendo may be looking into making motion sensitive remotes for your legs. This may allow for more realistic football games although there could be potential problems in the infra red beams being too low down to be picked up by the sensor. Would be pretty cool though to play football and other games like that on the Wii. You'd just need to make sure there was nothing to kick. it could also lead to the boxing being updated to kickboxing etc.

Thats a sweet rumour you got going around lol, would be interessting to see how a football game would work with leg sensors but im not too fond of football games anyway.

Lol, the only problem would be people falling over or kicking their TVs when they got over-enthusiastic. It would be the whole wrist straps thing all over again.

Ya at least it means that you wouldn't have to be good a games consoles to be good at football or other sport games. Just hope if you play online your not against Ronaldinho though lol

Realistic football? Some 5 year olds are going to tackle each other and kill each other. I'm not kidding. I really doubt this happening, and they wouldn't make it just for one game.

Mario Party 7 they made the microphone just for that game.
Guitar Hero 1/2 they made the guitar just for that game.

Yeah, but if you look at it from a marketing point of view its stupid, there screwed after the games finished!
But there is a track record of it as above.
